Terms of Service
The Adare Clinic provides asynchronous, written dermatology opinions based on photographs and clinical history that you submit through this website. By using this service you agree to the following terms.
Not a diagnosis
Responses are based solely on the photographs and information you provide and do not constitute a formal diagnosis. This service is not suitable for urgent or emergency symptoms — please contact your GP or attend your nearest emergency department for anything urgent.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to submit a consultation on your own behalf. A parent or legal guardian may submit a consultation, and give consent, on behalf of a patient under 18.
The service
A qualified dermatologist reviews the photographs and history you submit and provides a written response through your account. This is a remote, asynchronous review — it is not a live consultation, and some conditions may require an in-person assessment, which the dermatologist will advise you of in their response.
Fees
A flat fee of EUR 80 covers the review of up to four photographs relating to a single concern. Fees are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe, at the time of submission and are non-refundable once a dermatologist has begun reviewing your case.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and clear photographs to the best of your ability. Incomplete or unclear submissions may delay or limit the usefulness of your response.

Information about how we collect, use, and protect your data — including your health information — is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Responses are advisory in nature and provided to the best of the reviewing dermatologist's professional judgment based on the information supplied. They are not a substitute for emergency or in-person care, and we are not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
